This site is a referral service that puts local homeowners in touch with independent roofers. It does no roofing of any kind and does not handle, negotiate or settle insurance claims. Any agreement for roofing work is made directly between you and the roofer you choose to hire.

Roofers who receive referrals are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners, and we do not supervise their work. We do not guarantee the price, quality, timing or outcome of any job, and we are not a party to any contract you sign with a roofer.

Cost figures, calculator results and quiz results on this site are general estimates drawn from published sources. They are not quotes. Only a roofer who inspects your home can price the work.

You agree to give accurate information when you submit a form and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape or republish the site's content without written permission.

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of the site or from work done by any roofer you hire through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. We may update them at any time, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions can go to (919) 555-0144.
