Homeowners never pay us anything. The site is free to use, and the inspection request costs you nothing. You will never receive money, gift cards, rebates, credits, discounts or any other reward from us for making a request, and we will never offer to pay or waive any part of your insurance deductible.

When you submit a form, your details are shared with one independent local roofer who serves your area, and that roofer will contact you. The roofer is a separate business. Any price, contract or warranty is between you and them, and you are free to decline their estimate or get others.

We hold no contractor license, do no roofing and never handle or negotiate insurance claims. In North Carolina, only a licensed public adjuster may represent you in a claim for pay, under G.S. 58-33A-10.

Because roofers pay for referrals, you should judge any roofer on their own merits. Ask for proof of liability insurance, a written itemized contract and references. For a job of $40,000 or more, confirm their General Contractor license with the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.
