You can complain about anything to do with the site itself: the accuracy of its content, how your information was handled, or how a referral was made. Call (919) 555-0144 and tell us your name, the town where the property is, roughly when you made your request, and what went wrong. We will review what you send us and look into it.

Because this site does not do roofing work, problems with the work itself, such as pricing, workmanship, scheduling or warranties, need to go to the roofer you hired. Your contract with that roofer should explain how to raise an issue with them. We still want to hear about it, since it helps us decide which roofers receive referrals in the future.

If a dispute with a roofer can't be settled directly, you have other options. Jobs of $40,000 or more require a state General Contractor license, so for those you can ask the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors how to raise a concern about a contractor it licenses. North Carolina's unfair and deceptive trade practices law, G.S. 75-1.1, may also apply to misleading sales conduct.

Making a complaint will never affect your ability to use this site or request another referral.
